Job summary

West Coast Reduction Ltd. is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to execute Beyond Oil pilots, onboard customers, train staff and ensure product adoption for restaurant and commercial kitchens.

The role collaborates with operators and kitchen teams to implement programs across the Lower Mainland and BC, with travel as required. The position emphasizes hands-on, field-based support, with a base salary of 55,000–65,000 CAD and a focus on delivering practical training and sustained customer

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably B2B in hospitality, foodservice, or CPG.
• Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations, fryer workflows, oil handling and safety procedures.
• Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing new business.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of restaurant and commercial kitchen customers across the Lower Mainland and broader BC market.
• Maintain close day-to-day collaboration with Redux leadership and sales/operations teams.
• Build credibility with customer contacts by providing dependable, practical and hands-on support.
• Address customer questions and troubleshoot implementation or service issues, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records, visit notes and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
• Represent Beyond Oil, Redux and WCRL professionally at meetings, launches and events.
