Job summary

The Landing Restaurant Group is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in Toronto. You will uphold the highest standards in food quality and plating while leading a team and driving knowledge of our food and beverage program.

You will ensure HACCP compliance, mentor teammates, and demonstrate leadership consistent with our culture of improvement and excellence, while progressing through leadership certifications and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Superior knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication, social and organizational skills.
• Open to learning, coaching and career growth.
• Diploma in Culinary Management and/or Chef Accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities
