Job summary

Mikata Health is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Calgary team for an in-person role. You will assist customers by phone and email, onboard them to our AI Scribe software, and lead informative demos to healthcare providers.

Build lasting relationships with physicians, MOAs, and other stakeholders while collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure customer success. You’ll work with a collaborative team to tailor setups for each customer, educate on Mikata’s solutions, and

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical practice and working with EMRs.
• Post-secondary education.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to learning and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email.
• Onboard customers to Mikata's software.
• Demonstrate benefits and value through demos and education.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, MOAs, and other customers.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align customer success with company goals.
• Provide feedback from customers to inform product development.
• Maintain accurate records of customer success activities in CRM.
