Job summary

Mikata Health in Calgary is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in person at our office. You will engage with healthcare clients by phone and email, guide onboarding, and deliver tailored product education to help customers achieve their goals.

Lead product demos, build lasting relationships with physicians and MOAs, and collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer success. A proactive, tech‑savvy communicator with initiative thrives here.

Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
Experience with EMRs and healthcare software is a plus.
Post-secondary education is required.

Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone and email, addressing a wide range of topics.
Triages and resolves customer questions with proactive problem solving.
Onboard customers to Mikata software and customize setup for each client.
Present and demonstrate Mikata's products through demos and education to healthcare providers.
Build strong relationships with physicians and MOAs and collaborate with internal teams.
