Brilliant Harvest is a seed stage startup in the AgTech industry leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to build innovative solutions. Our AI assistant empowers equipment dealer teams across the customer experience from purchase to repair.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You will serve as a bridge between advanced technology and the people in agriculture — working closely with dealers and farmers to promote adoption, training, and support for our conversational AI platform. You are tech-savvy, enjoy helping others succeed, and excel at translating software into simple, everyday tools for non-technical users. Familiarity with farm equipment and dealerships is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with users to drive adoption.

What You'll Do :

  • Support dealer and farmer users through training, support, and ensuring they realize value from our platform.
  • Assist users in adopting and expanding their use of our platform, integrating it into their operations.
  • Create release notes, video tutorials, and training content to enhance product utilization.
  • Deliver engaging product demos and onboarding sessions both in person and online.
  • Gather user feedback to inform product improvements and identify bugs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to retain and grow key accounts.
  • Monitor usage metrics and develop strategies to deepen user engagement.

What You Bring :

  • Experience at a farm equipment dealership, agriculture software company, or in ag-tech sales / support.
  • Ability to relate to both dealers and farmers, understanding their daily realities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills — clear, confident, and approachable.
  • Organized, proactive, with a passion for customer success.
  • Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for helping non-tech users become comfortable with it.
  • Experience leading content creation for tutorials, videos, or documentation, with support from marketing.
