About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping clients understand and maintain their benefit coverage.

You’ll be the voice of our organization—friendly, professional, and focused on building long-term trust with our members.

This is not a cold-calling sales position.

Instead, you’ll be working with pre-qualified clients who already have benefits in place or have requested information.

What You’ll Do

1. Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing policyholders
2. Guide clients through policy updates, claims, and general support
3. Proactively follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Collaborate with team members and managers to improve service outcomes
5. Use our CRM systems to document and track interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and empathetic communication skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (comfortable with Zoom, CRM tools, etc.)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US or Canada
