PSD Citywide is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of government-facing customers, driving adoption, engagement, and value realization of our software solutions.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Services, Product and Operations to align on customer needs, address risks, and promote retention. This role emphasizes proactive communication, data-driven health monitoring, and a commitment to public-sector impact. Remote options available regionally.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple accounts.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers and maintain regular engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services, Product and Operations to ensure a consistent experience.
• Support customers in achieving business objectives through effective use of the software.
• Monitor customer health indicators and address risks to retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive renewal opportunities.
