This is a temporary Customer Specialist position and will be running for approximately 4-6 months in length, with the possibility for extension.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, this person is responsible for outbound activationcalls to customers for client funded accounts and outbound engagement compliance calls focused on getting customers to release, complete, publish their data and get them compliant within the client’s specifications.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and efficiently with great attention to detail to support the remainder of the team. Required is confidence, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed, and the knack for maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound activation calls to customers with client-funded accounts.
  • Conduct outbound engagement compliance calls to encourage data release, completion, and publication.
  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of services to prospective and existing customers.
  • Address customer questions and concerns, working to secure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Share best practices and implement strategies to support product adoption and customer success.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in Salesforce.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
  • Additional education in business, communications, or a related field is an asset.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or sales.
  • Experience in a call center environment or customer-facing role preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and maintain accurate documentation.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to express positive, clear messages in both spoken and written form.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Quick to learn and adopt new technologies.

Base Salary:$18-19/hour

Work Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00AM – 4:30PM (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Remote Work:

  • This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
