About The Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist – Technology/Courseware Sales for our Higher Education Division in the BC Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will drive the growth and usage of Pearson’s digital learning platforms such as MyLab, Mastering, and Revel. Working in close partnership with a dedicated Sales Representative, you will serve as a subject matter expert on our digital solutions, help educators onboard, support implementation, and ensure product adoption that leads to improved learning outcomes. This role is both strategic and customer-facing, requiring initiative, resilience, and a passion for education technology.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with a track record of success in a managed territory
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills
  • Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with strong planning and prospecting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and adoption of Pearson digital platforms within assigned accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor for faculty, supporting them throughout the onboarding and usage lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to develop and execute strategic outreach and customer engagement plans
  • Deliver targeted product demonstrations and training sessions to educators
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions that align with Pearson’s platform capabilities
  • Monitor usage and provide proactive support to ensure educators maximize their digital resources
  • Represent Pearson in a professional manner and build lasting customer relationships
