You will manage accounts, process payments, and support collections while maintaining a customer-centric approach. The role includes retail operations duties, merchandising, inventory management, and assisting with delivery and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Interview customers to understand needs and match them with financial, leasing, and/or service product solutions.
• Maximize sales of goeasy's financial services and home goods through cross-selling.
