Job summary

goeasy Ltd. is hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Canada’s Ontario region. You will respond to inquiries, modify accounts, and coordinate with multiple departments to enhance processes.

Strong English/French communication and a background in customer service are essential. You will build product knowledge to recommend suitable financing options and ensure accurate documentation while supporting a fast-paced team in Pickering.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass background checks and provide verification.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email with timely solutions.
• Process account changes, payments, credits, and other requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve sales, marketing and processes.
• Review account information, document communications, and follow procedures.
• Develop product knowledge to advise on suitable offerings.
