Job summary

goeasy Ltd, Canada's largest lease-to-own company, is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist. You will engage customers in store, over the phone, and by email; interview needs, explain lease and credit terms, and help match products to budgets while driving sales.

You will manage accounts, handle collections with empathy, maintain records, and support retail operations from merchandising and pricing to inventory and delivery paperwork.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results
• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
• Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds)
• Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Sales: Build strong customer relationships in-store, over the phone, and by email; match clients with financial, leasing, or service product solutions; explain terms and educate on credit-building opportunities; drive sales of goeasy services and goods.
• Account Management & Collections: Manage accounts, update records, process payments, monitor overdue accounts, evaluate financial status for approvals, and conduct collections with empathy.
• Retail Operations: Support merchandising, pricing, inventory tracking, showroom upkeep, and coordinate delivery paperwork and in-store duties.
