Job Title: Customer Service/Technical Support Representative (On-Site)

Job Description: The Advisor II, Technical Support, responds to basic to complex inquiries of a technical nature, including hardware/software or other designated client products. This position assists external/internal users by answering questions and solving problems related to their use of technical products or services.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide inbound customer support and resolve technical issues.
  2. Assist with billing concerns.
  3. Help customers with software-related issues.
  4. Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year).
  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Open availability weekdays 8am-12am EST and weekends 9am-6pm.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
