Your role as a Customer Service Representative:

You will set the tone for the customer’s experience in a fast-paced, action-oriented role. Your responsibilities include administrative tasks, working with the public, and ensuring seamless operations. You will collaborate with a supportive team to solve problems and make a positive impact.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing administrative tasks to ensure smooth service center operations.
• Adding value to the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve store performance.
• Working with insurance partners to help customers get the best value.
• Delighting customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small repairs on windshields (tools provided).
• Shuttling vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Who you are:

• You value building relationships with customers and teammates.
• You have experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism helping people.
• No formal education is required; we provide on-the-job training.
• You possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can work at different Belron Canada locations within your area.

Pay range: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation varies based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits and pension options are available upon hire and after 3 months.
