Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales for our Continental Chain & Rigging branch in Red Deer, AB. You will represent CCR with a positive attitude and drive to satisfy clients, entering orders, handling quotations, and supporting sales activities.

You'll maintain customer data, respond to inquiries, promote CCR products, and collaborate with Territory Managers and the product supply team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Driven to reach sales goals and learn new skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be currently living in the area.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to CCR’s prospective and current customers.
• Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates information to the respective personnel.
• Maintains an accurate customer database and updates information as required.
• Supports sales activities such as quotations and follow-up quotations.
• Assists customers with product information and inquiries.
• Proactively contacts customers to promote CCR products and services to meet daily outbound call goals.
• Manages day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and product supply functions.
• Handles client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Supports Territory Managers with quotations, orders and correspondence.

Principle Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and promotes a positive experience to CCR’ prospective customers and current customers.
• Enters all orders in a timely manner and communicates the information to the respective personnel.
• Maintains an accurate database – update customer information as required.
• Supports ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations etc.
• Assists customers with product information and other inquiries.
• Proactively contacts the customer to promote CCR’ products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
• Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and the product supply functions within Hercules.
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Supports Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence.
