About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of autobody parts, services, and repair solutions to individual customers, dealerships, and commercial accounts. You will build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the autobody industry.
  • Promote and sell autobody parts, paint products, and collision repair services.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and assist customers in selecting appropriate products and services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional after-sales support.
Qualifications

  • Technical: Ability to use Mitchell Connect and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • MUST be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Compensation & Benefits
  • 100% Commission-Based Structure with a guaranteed minimum income. Expect to earn $70,000 to $90,000/yr (conservative)
