Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking a customer service oriented professional to provide high quality service, process customer orders, and manage accounts. You will handle quotes, process transactions, and support inventory flow while working in a fast-paced office environment.

The role requires teamwork, impeccable communication, and the ability to adapt to change. Prior experience in building supplies and familiarity with POS/JDE systems are a plus.

SUMMARY

The function of this contract position is to provide customers with high quality service and identify material required to complete customer orders. The incumbent will maintain an organized office, control inventory flow, both incoming and outgoing. They will manage existing customer accounts and prospect new customers with the goal of selling Royal Building Solutions products.

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Process financial transactions according to credit procedures

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office. May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators.
