AutoCanada is seeking a Customer Service Representative in London, ON for an onsite role. You will support the loyalty team, manage warranty and lease-related tasks, and coordinate vehicle repairs while maintaining strong customer communication and service standards.

Ideal candidates have college-level education or equivalent experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive software. This role offers fast-paced growth within a dealership network and a comprehensive benefits

Formación

• College diploma or two years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in automotive BDC environment is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Outlook, Mitchell Connect and Audatex.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create preliminary estimates and submit warranty claims for dealership approval.
• Assist with scheduling customers’ vehicles in for repair and collect payment upon delivery.
• Check in collision vehicles by taking intake photos and creating a work order.
• Support customer calls pertaining to repair status, insurance details and car rental inquiries.
• Educate customers on the insurance and repair process to enhance the customer experience.
• Update customer information in the management system as required.
• Provide continuous repair updates to customers during the repair process.
• Assist with resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Your area of focus.

This role helps create appointments for our loyalty team, as well as handle our lease finance and cash portfolios.

What drives your day-to-day?
