ACX Head Office in Canada is seeking an HR Business Partner to support operations across Eastern and Western Canada. This full-time role includes travel up to 25% and requires strategic workforce planning and strong HR leadership.

You will partner with site leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee relations, while driving HR metrics and continuous improvement across multiple sites.

Competenze

• Experience in an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role.
• Strong business acumen and experience partnering with operational leaders.
• Knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Ability to use HR metrics to influence decisions and improve business outcomes.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site teams is an asset.

Geographic Scope & Travel

Approximately25% travel is required to visit assigned sites across Western and Eastern Canada, build relationships with site leaders, and support operational and HR priorities.
