U-Haul recrute un(e) Représentant(e) du service client à Winnipeg. Vous serez l’intermédiaire entre les clients et les services de l’entreprise, aidant sur les locations et l’inventaire et assurant un service de qualité dans le centre U-Haul.

Le poste prévoit la manipulation d’équipements, l’installation d’attelages et la conduite d’un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après embauche). Un diplôme secondaire est requis et un permis de conduire valide est indispensable.

Qualifications

• Permis de conduire valide et capacité à maintenir un bon dossier de conduite.
• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur d’un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services U-Haul.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.
• Déplacer et accrocher des camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l’équipement sur le terrain, en vérifiant les niveaux de fluide.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures de location et accepter le matériel retourné.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage de remorque.
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après l’embauche).
• Autres tâches selon les besoins.
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.
