Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Kelowna, BC. You will be the face of our service, assisting customers in person and helping with rentals and equipment inspections.

Use smartphone-based U-Scan to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks and trailers, inspect equipment, answer questions, perform invoice processing, and participate in ongoing training through U-Haul University. A valid driver's license and high school diploma are required; physical demands may include

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
