Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service at the Edmonton location. You will assist customers with rentals, educate them on products, and use U-Scan tech to manage inventory and dispatch equipment.

You will inspect and prepare trucks and trailers, answer questions, and handle invoices and returns. Training is provided; bonuses are available for performance and completion of certification tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and perform safety checks.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding offerings.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; forklift operation if certified.
