Job summary

Coastal Reign Printing Ltd in Vancouver is seeking a Screen Printing Press Operator to support production on our garment printing lines. You will load and unload garments, set up presses, and maintain print quality on multiple machines.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of screen printing experience and hands-on knowledge of plastisol, water-based, and specialty inks. Strong accuracy and time-management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of screen printing experience.
• Knowledge of plastisol, water base, and specialty inks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload garments from presses.
• Set-up and operate manual and/or automatic printing presses.
• Record print production details.
• Knowledge of plastisol, water base, and specialty inks.
• Assist in burning and preparing screens for production.
• Colour mixing and matching.
• Clean, maintain and service equipment as required.
• Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures.
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machines.
• The ability to follow a schedule and have orders completed on time.
