We are currently looking to hire a Client Service Specialist for our growing sales team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting, promoting, and educating prospective clients on the company’s resume writing services. You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required.

Accountabilities:

• Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and calls
• Consult clients on professional resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needs
• Work with new customers and manage the entire onboarding process and all registrations
• Maximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and following proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiries
• Monitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and calls
• Meet daily KPIs and can manage high-volume of calls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a client-facing role
• Strong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to be successful in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment
