Screen Printing Press Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general screen printing responsibilities, such as:
• Load and unload of garments from presses
• Set-up and operate manual and/or automatic printing presses
• Knowledge of plastisol, water base, and specialty inks
• Assist in burning and preparing screens for production
• Colour mixing and matching
• Record print production details
• Clean, maintain and service equipment as required
• Direct quality control inspection system and develop production reporting procedures
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines
• The ability to follow a schedule and have orders completed on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of screen printing experience
