Job summary

T.K. Graphics in Surrey, BC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat between customers and our production team. You will respond to pricing, timelines and order status, and work to ensure every project is handled with accuracy and outstanding service.

If you are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you will build long-term relationships and coordinate with Sales, Pre-Press, Production, and Shipping to keep deadlines and quality on track.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding pricing, timelines, and order status.

Manage Orders with Accuracy:

• Process customer orders, revisions, and change requests accurately.
• Monitor jobs throughout production to ensure deadlines and quality expectations are met.
• Coordinate changes with customers and production teams as needed.

Collaborate Across Departments:

• Communicate effectively with Sales, Pre-Press, Production, Shipping, and Billing teams.
• Keep customers and internal stakeholders informed throughout each project.
• Work closely with estimators and account managers to ensure accurate billing.

Solve Problems Proactively:

• Anticipate potential issues before they affect production or delivery.
• Work with internal teams to identify practical solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when appropriate while keeping customers informed.

Stay Organized:

• Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.
• Prepare information required for invoicing and billing.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Support Continuous Improvement:

• Share customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing process improvements.
