Qualifications

  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in einer administrativen Rolle.
  • Starke Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Fähigkeit, Aufgaben effizient zu erledigen.

In this role, you’ll be the first line of support for our customers—responding to emails, processing transactions, and handling inquiries with accuracy, speed, and professionalism. What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
  • Processing quotes, orders, and returns accurately
