Job summary

South Saskatchewan Animal Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Regina. This full-time CSR will interact with clients and staff to deliver compassionate, consistent service and will receive extensive on-the-job training.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while using a Windows-based system. Expect some weekend shifts, a positive team environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to use Windows-based computer systems, word processing, email and web search.
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs safely.

Responsibilities

Our team at South Saskatchewan Animal Hospital team is looking for another Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us! We are looking for a dedicated professional to fill a full-time position. The CSR's primary duties are interacting with clients and our team to provide consistent, compassionate & excellent service to our customers and patients. Qualified individuals must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, a compassionate and positive attitude as well as excellent multi-tasking capabilities and communication skills! New to this industry? No problem. You bring the passion and we will provide the training!

Essential duties and responsibilities required of the position include:

• Being attentive to client and patient needs

Our CSR's work on a general rotational basis consisting of 14-15 shifts per month, typically 12 hours in length (some shorter shifts as needed), including some weekends and stat holidays. Yes, you will enjoy approximately 15 days off per month! Flexibility to work early mornings shifts and late evening shifts is a requirement for this position.
