McDougall Energy in Thunder Bay on John Street is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide prompt and courteous service to customers, manage cash registers, and maintain store conditions.

The role requires high school diploma, ability to stand long periods, and availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays; Smart Serve is an asset.

We offer a pay rate of $17.60/hour with a night shift premium and a supportive team environment with training and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or working towards completion.
• Smart Serve Certification an asset.

• Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performance-driven team.
• Previous experience in customer service/retail preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.

McDougall Energy is seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Thunder Bay, John Street location.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for:

• Providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment.
• Ensure all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the properties curb appeal.
• Ensure accurate operation of cashier systems.
• Ensure all paperwork submitted is accurate and balanced.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as prescribed.
• Enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco, lottery and alcohol products.
