Job summary

McDougall Energy Inc is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Elliot Lake location. You will deliver prompt, courteous service, maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure proper cash handling and paperwork.

Night shifts and weekend/holiday availability are required. We offer a total rewards package including a starting wage of $17.60 per hour with a night premium of $0.52 per hour, plus referral programs and PPE provisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or working towards completion.
• Smart Serve Certification an asset.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and customer service focused.
• Takes pride in their work.
• Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performance‑driven team.
• Previous experience in customer service/retail preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends and holidays.
• The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass the Retail Smart Serve course if not already certified.

McDougall Energy is seeking a motivated, results‑driven individual to join our team as a part‑time Customer Service Representative at our 225 Hwy 108N, Elliot Lake location.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for:

• Providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, customer‑friendly work environment.
• Ensuring all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the property’s curb appeal.
• Ensuring accurate operation of cashier systems.
• Ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate and balanced.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures as prescribed.
• Enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco, lottery and alcohol products.
