Job summary

The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team in Nanaimo. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and contribute to a welcoming, customer-focused store environment that supports both guests and teammates.

You will respond to customer inquiries, offer solutions, follow up to identify needs, and promote loyalty by delivering exceptional service. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with clear pathways for career
