Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team in a role reporting to the Operations Manager. We value enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals and a collaborative team spirit to contribute to a rewarding retail experience.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up with customers, promoting loyalty, and daily review of order reports. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a dynamic retail
