The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team. You will report to the Operations Manager and bring a enthusiastic, customer focused attitude to a busy retail location.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, following up to identify needs, promoting loyalty, and reviewing daily order reports. The Brick offers a flexible benefits package and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
