Fresh Start Foods is hiring a Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Milton. This role is perfect for a creative and organized individual who is passionate about marketing and ready to support our sales and marketing initiatives. Position: Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours. Salary: 45k -60k Location: Milton, ON.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

• Seasonal Campaign Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns to support company goals and provide promotional support to the sales departments.
• Market Updates & Newsletters: Lead the content collection, layout, and design for the Weekly Market Update and the monthly "Lettuce Inform You" Newsletter.
• E-Commerce : Oversee the setup and onboarding of new e-commerce customer accounts
• Weekly promotional blasts via Choco: highlighting new products, seasonal promotions, and Fresh Start updates.
• Content Creation & Social Media Management: Create, update, and maintain social media sites and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency.
• Internal & External Creative: Design and produce internal printed and digital assets (e.g., wall calendars, employee recognition assets, social committee events, and annual celebration collateral).
• Performance Analysis: Utilize business reporting to track, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of campaigns and events, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
• Brand Integrity: Enforce correct logo and brand standards on all marketing materials and communications.
• Project Execution: Proofread projects to ensure high-quality copy and design, and see projects through to successful completion.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Marketing Experience: 2+ years of marketing experience with an emphasis on campaigns, event management, and business reporting. A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs). Knowledge of digital marketing processes (websites, banner ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer and team relationships.
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Mindset: Creative and analytical thinker with the ability to solve problems and develop effective solutions.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
