Job summary

Nutrien is hiring an administrative associate at a branch in Eston, SK. You will monitor accounts receivable and payable, process payments, and maintain records to support daily banking, invoicing, and inventory activities.

We seek at least 1+ year of customer service experience, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid Canadian driver’s license; SAP experience is an asset. Ensure confidentiality and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Posts payments to customer accounts – 100% accuracy.
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the End of Day Report and Payments Listing.
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions (invoices, stock transfers, shipment notices).
• Completes administrative correspondence.
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory.
• Champions Nutrien’s culture of care and EH&S standards.

What You'll Do

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
• Completes administrative correspondence
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
• Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards
