Job summary

Nutrien is a leading provider of crop inputs and services, driving farmers' success across North America. This role supports branch operations in Manitoba with a focus on accounts payable/receivable, cash posting, and accurate reporting.

As part of the Nutrien Ag Solutions team, you will maintain confidential records, assist with inventory, and help ensure application of company policies and EH&S standards while delivering dependable service to customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Previous SAP experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and payable and credit limits.
• Reconcile payments and post to customer accounts with 100% accuracy.
• Print daily reports and end-of-day and payments listings.
• Maintain confidential records of daily transactions.
• Assist with inventory control and incoming shipments.
• Uphold Nutrien’s culture of care and EH&S standards.

What You'll Do

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
• Completes administrative correspondence
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
• Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards

• Previous SAP experience, an asset
