Nutrien Ag Solutions Canada in Deloraine, MB is seeking an accounting/administrative support role. You will monitor accounts receivable and payable, reconcile payments, and maintain confidential records while supporting inventory and administrative duties.

Requirements include 1+ years in customer service, a valid Canadian driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office. SAP experience is an asset in this role.

• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily and posts to customer accounts with 100% accuracy.
• Prints daily reports and end-of-day reports per policy.
• Maintains confidential office records of daily transactions (invoices, stock transfers, shipment notices).
• Completes administrative correspondence.
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments.

What You'll Do:

• Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy
• Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”
• Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices
• Completes administrative correspondence
• Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory
• Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous SAP experience, an asset
