Job summary

ABL Employment Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for Parts and Service sales and inquiries across North America. You will handle phone and email support, process orders, quotes and payments, and assist with part identification and technical support.

You will collaborate with service and logistics teams on returns and back orders, and upsell products to support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in customer service, inventory, or purchasing.
• ERP experience required (Epicor a plus).
• CRM experience an asset.
• MS Office proficiency.
