Position

Customer Service Professional (CSP) for our Saskatoon Customer Solutions Centre. In this role, you’ll be challenged to think on your feet, learn on the job and improve daily with the support of a team that always has your back. Core to this position is understanding and meeting our customers’ needs. You’ll be a key brand ambassador – listening to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You\'ll provide clear information, resolve issues, and process transactions seamlessly.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers - including contractors, dealers, homeowners, and our sales partners – to provide accurate, timely information
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time, from processing orders to creating detailed sales quotes
  • Support the sales team with essential administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations
  • Prepare and quote chargeable service work, including parts and labour, to keep customers informed of costs
  • Schedule installations and coordinate Service Technicians efficiently, maximizing each day’s appointments for a full, efficient schedule

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in customer service, with a strong foundation in helping customers
  • Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new tools
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries independently with exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
  • Builds effective relationships and maintains a warm, professional phone presence
  • Thrives in a high-paced environment, easily managing multiple tasks
  • Skilled in research and analysis to get to the root of issues
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Takes ownership and accountability for all information shared with customers
  • Consistently demonstrates advanced customer service skills with customer satisfaction as a top priority
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Professional and courteous communication, adaptable to different customer needs
  • Experience in sales or building construction is a valuable asset
