Job description

We’re looking for a dynamic person to join our Workplace Service Group (WSG) team, supporting essential business enablement functions that keep our organization running smoothly. As a driven administrative professional, you will collaborate across teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools that help EY deliver exceptional service to our clients, succeed in the marketplace, and support EY’s growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities

  • Track and manage invoicing processes for multiple vendors to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
  • Schedule and coordinate professional photo shoots with external photographers and in-house teams.
  • Handle maintenance requests proactively, working with property management for quick resolutions.
  • Assist with client support and organize meeting rooms.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies to maintain stock levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and create an inviting atmosphere in meeting spaces.
  • Report any inconsistencies in office furnishings to ESS leadership.
  • Generate reports for management to aid decision-making.
  • Support workplace services tasks such as mail, print requests, and distribution.
  • Help with catering setup and breakdown for meetings and events.
  • Provide flexible reception support to ensure smooth front desk operations.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant experience.
  • Experience in a professional services firm.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
