Job Title : Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary
Customer Service Coordinators (CSCs) act as the vital link between clients and our shipping services. They work closely with customers to identify shipping needs, recommend services, provide accurate quotes, and ensure orders are properly booked for dispatch and billing. They often manage high-profile customer accounts with substantial transaction volumes or unique requirements, ensuring dedicated support tailored to their needs. Beyond order management, CSCs provide transit updates and post-delivery information, maintaining clear communication throughout the shipping process. They are also cross-trained in driver dispatch operations to support and back up dispatchers during absences, providing valuable skills and growth opportunities within our organization.
