Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, seeks an organized Office Clerk to support accounting and administrative operations at our Manitoba location. Under supervision, you will monitor accounts, reconcile payments, and maintain confidential records, contributing to accurate daily reports and inventory processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service, a valid Canadian driver’s license, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and optional SAP experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP experience, an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits under supervision of Branch Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily; posts payments to customer accounts with high accuracy.
• Prints Daily Reports and End of Day Reports; handles Payments Listing as required by policy.
• Maintains confidential office records including invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
• Completes administrative correspondence and assists with inventory control and receiving shipments.
• Champions Nutrien’s culture of care and complies with EH&S standards.
