Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include assisting customers, handling transactions at the register, maintaining store cleanliness and stock, and ensuring safety and respect throughout the store.

The role requires good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time position at our Ponoka, Alberta location.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
