Job summary

Dollar Tree in Beausejour, Manitoba is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or related experience, ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
