Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in Estevan, Saskatchewan to assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and maintain store conditions. The role requires strong customer service skills, physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and ability to follow procedures.

You will work at the Estevan store under the Operations team, contributing to a safe and friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Other duties as assigned*

Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
