Job summary

Dollar Tree in Regina, Saskatchewan is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at a cash register, restock shelves, unload merchandise, and keep the store clean and safe.

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required, with ability to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities
