Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our Dauphin, Manitoba store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help maintain stock levels and store presentation.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, keeping the store clean, and upholding a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members. Previous retail or customer service experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
