Customer Service Associate

Location: Part time, Unit #1-2901 Queen Street East, Brampton, Ontario L6T 0C7.

Starting pay: $17.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and product recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions and operate assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive, unload, and stock merchandise according to productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and general areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store customer service highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical strength to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height, and to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
