Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Amherst, Nova Scotia. You will assist customers, process sales at the register, and help stock and unload merchandise while keeping the store clean and safe.

The role requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs, strong customer service and communication skills, and the stamina for frequent movement and standing. This is a part-time position with the store environment offering teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilités
