What You’ll Do :

Reporting to the Assistant Service Manager, Home & Auto Program, you will connect with customers and prospects, understand their needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Your goal is to build lasting relationships, provide exceptional service, and drive sales with tailored insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Prospecting & Relationship Building : Engage with potential clients, respond to inquiries, assess needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Development : Drive sales through inbound calls, follow-ups, re-quotes, and outreach from marketing campaigns.
  3. Expanding Accounts : Identify opportunities within existing accounts, introduce new products, and coordinate with underwriters to meet sales targets.
  4. Client Retention & Support : Maintain strong relationships by offering support and identifying growth opportunities.
  5. Inquiry Management : Handle calls, process quotes, update information, and assess risks per underwriting standards.
  6. Market Insights : Monitor client reactions to competitors and suggest product improvements.
  7. File Management : Process changes and maintain documentation.
  8. Home Evaluation : Conduct home evaluations and input data for quotes.
  9. Documentation : Prepare professional correspondence and documents.
  10. Client Communication : Keep client data current and ensure timely follow-up.
  11. Confidentiality & Quality : Provide high-quality service while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.
  12. Reporting : Record key metrics for transparency and accountability.
  13. Market Knowledge : Stay updated on underwriting guidelines and market trends.
  14. Additional Tasks : Perform other duties as needed.

Let’s Talk About You :

Ideal candidates will have :

  1. A valid AMF license is required.
  2. RIBO license preferred or obtainable within one year.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in personal lines, auto, and property insurance.
  4. Strong communication skills in English and French.
  5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Broker Management Systems, and company portals.

Working Conditions :

  • Ability to work evenings as needed.
  • Work environment within a call center setting.
